Sympathy for The Devil?

Tragedies come in many forms. My interview (below) with Chloe Cole, a de-transitioner, exposes the tragedy that changed her forever. She is a remarkable woman, and fortunately, she is brave enough to tell her story.

Last week ended with the tragic story of Yaron Lischinsky, an Israeli, and Sarah Milgrim, an American, being shot outside an event at the Capitol Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C. The young couple was set to travel to Israel in the coming days. They were to be engaged. Their story was cut short by evil.

Their murders — and subsequent support for the alleged killer — suggest that violent antisemitism is on the rise… again.

The why and how are less important to me. The question to be grappled with at this moment is, “What are we gonna do about it?”

When I was a kid, I heard about tourist buses being blown up in Tel Aviv. Those terror attacks scared me, but my Dad reassured me that something like that would never happen in the United States.

Perhaps that is why 9/11 had such a profound impact on all of us.

Those who hate the West call the United States the “Great Satan,” and Israel the “Little Satan.”

Sadly, we’ve allowed ideologues who share that hatred into our country to convince Americans to hate ourselves.

Again, what are we going to do about it?
